During the spring and summer they have a great selection. We had a online purchase issue,that no one seem to want to help us with or even try to resolve the problem... So we called Lowe's directly in Jonesboro....The Manager on duty,His name is J.T went over and beyond with his help....Amazing Costumer Service by J.T the Manager....Thank you so very much....I Highly recommend Lowe's in Jonesboro Arkansas....

The installers for my AC tried to shake me down to pay twice, tried to upsell me on a major renovation just to put an AC in, all after I'd already paid lowes for the installers to come and put the AC in. I will never use lowes again because they are not keep a close eye on the people they hire to do jobs for them.

Took me 10 minutes just to find an employee because they were all just sitting around by the doors.
